The Eviction Moratorium has ended! There are still numerous limitations on collecting rent between March 1, 2020 to March 31, 2022, but if you are owed rent as of April 1, 2022 or later, then all of your rights to serve notices have been restored. There are certain forms to use and certain processes to follow, so we do not recommend pursuing an eviction on your own.

Do tenants owe you rent for one of the “eviction moratorium protected” periods? You can go to Small Claims Court to demand unlimited amounts!
