Apartment Owner’s Association (AOA): A professional association that provides information most specifically for individual property owners. Our office advertises monthly in this association’s magazine.
California Apartment Association (CAA), Tri-County Division: A professional association that provides information, classes, meetings, and events for individual owners, landlords, and property managers. Our office is heavily involved with this association.
National Association for Residential Property Managers (NARPM), Santa Clara County Chapter: A professional association that caters to the residential property management industry by promoting a high standard of business ethics, professionalism, and fair housing practices and it’s members subscribe to a strict Code of Ethics
Rental Housing Network (RHN): The Rental Housing Network is an information center for owners and managers of California rental property. RHN is a one-stop resource center offering everything you need to be a successful, knowledgeable residential rental property expert. In an industry full of challenges, RHN provides solutions.
Santa Clara County Association of Realtors (SCCAOR): A professional association that provides education and support to realtors who work in Santa Clara County.
